1. WHAT WE PROCESS

- Account email and an internal account identifier.
- Your preferred name and, only when you choose to provide and consent, birth date, time and place.
- Your intention, selected cards, generated readings and credit balance.
- Purchase and subscription status received from Google Play, Apple and RevenueCat. Full payment-card details are never handled by Arcavelle.
- Only with separate analytics consent, four anonymous funnel milestones and coarse app/device information. We do not create PostHog person profiles or record screens.
- If you voluntarily watch a rewarded ad, Google Mobile Ads may process device, consent and advertising signals under its own policies.

2. WHY WE PROCESS IT

We use this data to authenticate you, deliver and save personalized reflective readings, prevent abuse, verify credits and purchases, provide support, satisfy legal obligations, and—only with consent—improve the product funnel. Tarot content is for entertainment and self-reflection, not medical, legal or financial advice.

3. PROCESSORS AND INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS

Arcavelle uses Supabase for authentication, database and server functions; RevenueCat and the mobile stores for purchase verification; Google AdMob for optional rewarded ads; PostHog EU for consented product analytics; and approved paid AI inference providers, including Google Gemini or OpenAI-compatible commercial providers, for live reading generation. Depending on the service, data may be processed in South Korea, the European Economic Area or the United States under the provider's contractual safeguards. AI providers receive only the context required for the requested reading and are never called from a free/unpaid production route.

4. RETENTION AND SECURITY

Account-owned profile, reading and credit data is kept while your account is active and deleted when you delete the account. Limited purchase, fraud-prevention and accounting records may be retained where law or store dispute rules require it; their direct Arcavelle user link is removed on account deletion. Provider backups and operational logs expire under their controlled retention schedules. Private AI and administrative keys stay on the server; mobile builds contain only publishable configuration.

5. YOUR CHOICES AND RIGHTS

You may use the app without optional birth details and may turn analytics off at any time without losing functionality. You may request access, correction, objection, restriction or deletion by emailing huseyinariburnu@gmail.com. You can delete the account directly in the app under Privacy > Delete account and data.

6. CHILDREN AND CHANGES

Arcavelle is restricted to adults aged 18 or over. We may update this notice when processors or features change; the current version and date remain available at this URL.

Kart bilgileriniz Arcavelle'e gelmez. Ayrı analitik izniyle yalnız dört anonim dönüşüm aşaması ve kaba uygulama/cihaz bilgisi işlenir; ekran kaydı ve kişi profili kapalıdır. Ödüllü reklamı gönüllü izlerseniz Google Mobile Ads cihaz, onay ve reklam sinyallerini kendi politikalarına göre işleyebilir.

2. AMAÇ, AKTARIM VE SAKLAMA

Veriler kimlik doğrulama, kişiselleştirilmiş okuma, kötüye kullanım önleme, kredi/satın alma doğrulama, destek ve yasal yükümlülükler için; analitik verisi yalnız onayla ürün iyileştirme için kullanılır. Supabase, RevenueCat, Google Play/AdMob, PostHog EU ve onaylı ücretli Gemini veya OpenAI-uyumlu AI sağlayıcıları veri işleyen olarak kullanılabilir. Hizmete göre Güney Kore, Avrupa Ekonomik Alanı veya ABD'de sözleşmesel güvencelerle işleme olabilir. Hesaba ait profil, okuma ve kredi verileri hesap silinince silinir; zorunlu ödeme/muhasebe kayıtlarının doğrudan kullanıcı bağı kaldırılır ve yalnız yasal süre kadar tutulur.
